DEEP BREATHING
Deep breathing diverts your attention from stress and anxiety and brings your focus over your own breathing which we usually tend to ignore . That is a great exercise to get away from stress and it energizes your inner self as the supply of oxygen to your body increases . It helps to freshen you up and focus back on your work in a better way getting good results keeping away from stress .
QUICK NAP
Napping and Sleeping are two different concepts . Napping is a stress buster while sleeping during work makes you lazy . Taking a quick nap during work like about 3 to 5 minutes may keep you away from anxiety and may act as the best stress reliever as it takes nothing to just put your head down and take a nap . Just be careful that you don't fall asleep or else you would see opposite results .
MUSCLE RELAXATION
Doesn't it feel good when you press a soft ball or toy by your hand. That is because of the relaxation caused at the acupressure points on your palm which refresh you . This not only has external benefits but also increases the blood oxygen supply making you feel fresh and re-energized . So grab a soft toy or soft ball during you work online and keep pumping .
LAUGHTER
As it is said , " Laughter is the best medicine " , it is a also a good stress buster . Again it takes nothing to sit and laugh . Also 1 minute of whole heart laugh has the same benefits as of a 40 minutes jog. Hence it proves highly refreshing and takes away your stress and helps concentrate back on your work after a short laughter break . Hence read jokes and keep laughing in between your work but mind it do not give it a lot time , it has to be short .
MUNCHING
Munching snacks while you are working keeps supplying you energy side by side while you are working . Grab snacks like chips , chanas , salted peanuts , etc . and keep munching them while you work . Coffee is known as world's best stress buster drink . You may take a break in between the work and sip some coffee . Games like Zenga , Rubik's cube and conches act like an entertainment dose in between your work .
